Which Cupcage2 Size Is Right for Me?

There's 2 things to consider when finding the right Cupcage2 size for you - diameter and length.

Which Diameter Fits Best?

When selecting a Cupcage2 diameter, you'll first want to measure the diameter of your penis when flaccid and erect using a caliper.

You'll notice that the:

  • 36mm & 34mm has alot of space between the caliper and penis
  • 32mm is just right as the caliper can still move freely even as it brushes my skin
  • 30mm is still fine but the caliper starts to catch on my skin
  • 28mm is tight as the caliper needs to be aggressively wriggled in, and pressing against my skin

So using myself as an example, when flaccid with the caliper just touching the skin, I'm 32mm in diameter, and roughly 40mm when erect (not pictured). Keep note of the orange arrows in the following photos.

Looking at the flaccid & erect 'Long piece comparison' photos:

  • 36mm & 34mm Cupcage2 - lots of space when flaccid and very comfortable during erections.
  • 32mm Cupcage2 - a little less space when flaccid and still comfortable during erections.
  • 30mm Cupcage2 - nicely fitted when flaccid, with a firm grip erections but not uncomfortable.
  • 28mm Cupcage2 - nicely fitted when flaccid, and very tight during erections.

Looking at the flaccid & erect 'Short piece comparison' photos:

  • 36mm, 34mm & 32mm Cupcage2 - again there's a lot of space when flaccid & erect. Note that this time the 32mm now joins the 36mm & 34mm as being quite roomy.
  • 30mm - a better fit when flaccid with a good amount of space, and has a nice firm grip when erect.
  • 28mm - a very nice fit when flaccid but when erect, you'll notice a lot of skin bunching up as the Shorter length piece doesn't 'tuck' everything in like the Longer piece.

Which Length Fits Best?

You'll need to choose between a Short Length 25mm Shaft Piece or Long Length 35mm Shaft Piece.

If your penis is naturally shorter when flaccid and erect, the Short 25mm Shaft Piece may suit you well.

For longer penises, the Short Length piece is the most comfortable for when your penis is the most 'squashed' - e.g., sitting, squatting, sleeping, or wearing fitted pants or underwear - as the Shorter Piece allows more space for the unlocked part of your penis to bend, contort, and move.
During our testing, the only thing we noticed with the Short Piece was that excess skin occasionally had a tendency to bunch up at the base, whereas the Long Piece would keep everything 'tucked in'.

Speaking of, the Long Piece feels more secure compared to the Short Piece, and is still comfortable for daily wear, but when slightly aroused when sitting down (i.e. the area becomes tighter), some hand & hip wriggling may be required to re-sit the Long Piece properly.

In Summary

Factoring in the diameter and length considerations above, using myself as an example again where I'm 32mm flaccid and 40mm erect:

  • 36mm & 34mm would be a great night-time option if you have a lot of erections
  • 32mm is a great all-rounder for day or night

But if you're after a more fitted look:

  • 30mm Short Piece is what I mainly wear on weekdays when I know I'm not going to have erections & need to concentrate (e.g. work/study) as doing almost all activities & errands provides more freedom than the Long Piece, and then I save the 32mm Long Piece for when I'm in a more relaxed setting.
  • 28mm is still comfortable and wearable as a daytime device, but the 30mm just feels more accommodating.

Which Ring Is The Best Fit?

It requires a bit of experimenting to find the best fit - start with the largest sized ring that fits inside the Shaft Piece, wear it for 10-20 minutes, check that the ring doesn't make the tip of your penis cold when flaccid or erect (i.e. the ring is too tight) and at the same time, check that you can't pull out of it when flaccid by gently pushing the Cupcage2 away from your body.
We don't recommend using a smaller ring than necessary as it may become too tight during erections.
