What is the returns and exchange policy?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items due to hygiene reasons.
I've made an error with my address. What do I do?

If you've made an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address.

Unfortunately, once dispatched and shipped, we are unable to make any modifications. Should your parcel be returned to us from unclaimed delivery, incomplete shipping information or incorrect address, we can reship (You will be responsible for the additional shipping fee).
When will my order ship?

We will work quickly to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Most orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, while we try to dispatch in a timely manner, there may be unavoidable delays.
When will my order arrive?

Our expected order arrival time is typically 1-2 weeks for addresses in Australia, or 2-3 weeks for overseas - this may vary depending on location.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How do the Cupcage ring sizes work?

We currently offer 8 circumference sizes, ranging from 20 to 27 mm.

While flaccid, begin with the largest ring size. Gently slide the ring over the head of the penis without pulling or forcing it. Once in place, lightly lift the tab to see if the ring slips off. If it stays on comfortable, the size is likely correct.

If you are unable to fit the ring over the head of the penis comfortable, do not force the ring over it. If the sizes available are not suitable, please contact us.
How do I keep my Cupcage clean?
